Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 4 table spoon of organic brown sugar
- 1 table spoon of cinnamon
- Handful of pecans & cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degree
- Core the apple
- Remove 1 inch of skin off the top of each apple
- Score the sides of the apple so as to let them steam escape
- Mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, cranberries & pecans in a small bowl
- Place apples in individual ramekin dishes or in a casserole dish
- Stuff each apple with the cinnamon mix
- Place the apples in the oven & bake for 40-60 minutes
